„….Wenn man sich darauf einlässt, entfaltet es eine fast magische Wirkung. Der Text bildet in gewisser Weise einen Schlüssel (Breton würde vielleicht sagen einen „Wink“ ) zum Bild und die Bedeutungsebenen werden, wenn man dann anhand dieses Winks oder Schlüssels übergeht in die Betrachtung des Bildes weiter und weiter…beim Lesen / Betrachten wird etwas in Bewegung gesetzt. Es ist faszinierend….konvulsivische Schönheit vielleicht? – du kennst sicher Bretons Beschreibung dazu „Sie ist wie ein Zug der unaufhörlich im Gare de Lyon rast, von dem ich aber weiß, dass er nie abfahren wird, dass er nicht abgefahren ist“. Sie besteht aus Stößen, von denen viele kaum von Bedeutung sind, von denen wir aber wissen, dass sie bestimmt sind, einen Stoß herbeizuführen, der Bedeutung besitzt. Der all die Bedeutung besitzt, die ich mir nicht geben würde wollen. Der Geist maßt sich ein wenig überall Rechte an, die er nicht hat. Die Schönheit: weder dynamisch noch statisch.
